All orders placed via our website www.madurasherbals.com shall be shipped from our warehouse salem, tamilnadu and shall be serviced to you to the shipping address provided to us.
The average order processing time for an order is 3 to 4 working days and in case of bulk shipments it may vary from 7 to 15 days but at times this may change due to a number of factors like off seasonal or low stock in hand as some products have low shelf life and to maintain freshness we ensure to have fresh stock to provide the customer with a longer shelf life. Orders may take some extra time in situations which are beyond anyone’s control like Lockdown, curfew or some natural calamities.
The Tracking details will be provided via a separate E-mail, Whatsapp Messenger or SMS once the order is processed at our end.Though we ensure you get your goodies as soon as possible, delivery times may vary depending on your area of residence.
We deliver the products through out the world using our logistic partners DHL, BlueDart, India Post, ST Courier,Amazon Shipping and Delhivery. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it takes about 5 to 15 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.
Shipping Cost shall be notified and collected at the time of final confirmation during checkout. Shipping Cost is calculated based on area of delivery and weight of the package.
Sales are "first come, first served". No information regarding the presence of any product in our stock will be guaranteed and we will alert you only when an item is sold out. If multiple orders placed will ship together and the customer is responsible for details that you enter during checkout. Any changes should be made or notified prior to booking.
Please ensure your availability at the selected delivery address to take delivery of the purchased products as deliveries require the named person’s signature. If an RTO is initiated by the shipping carrier, the customer should pay the RTO charges along with the new shipment charges for Maduras Herbals to dispatch the product again.
We reserve the right to cancel your order due to issues arising out of inventory or other internal issues or issues such as strikes, interstate regulations, delivery outage etc. We will inform you of cancelation of your order and will offer you a refund in the form of store credit or as per the mode of payment made by you.
India - For purchases that are qualified for free shipping , while you can send us a message during order booking if you have any requirements on the choice of courier but it shall be totally at the discretion of "Maduras Herbals".
If the customer's preference is not among our possibilities, they can pay an additional fee, which will be updated separately at the time of booking.
