Flax seeds occur in two basic varieties/colors: brown or yellow. It is one of the most powerful plant seed in the world. One of the best things about flaxseed oil is its versatility. For starters, it can easily be swapped for other types of oil in salad dressings, dips and sauces. Note: Flax seed oil cannot be used for cooking purpose at all. It has high content of Omega 3 Fatty acid.
