When to Consume:

It is usually recommended to eat about 1-2 Amla per day or you can take as per your taste as well. It can be either eaten raw or in the form of juice.

Mix a tsp of amla powder in a glass of water and strain the mixture.Drink this water daily on an empty stomach for magical results. This helps in the detoxification of the liver and kidneys and helps relieve constipation
