We urge all customers to carefully read the product descriptions before placing an order. Considering the nature of our products, Maduras Herbals Private Limited does not accept returns, replacements, or refunds, except under the specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligible Cases for Return/Refund:

If the supplier sends the wrong goods, the full cost of returning the package, along with the logistics cost for resending the correct shipment, will be borne by the supplier.
In the event that a refund is approved, it will cover only the cost of the product purchased. Any additional costs (such as other raw materials or related expenses) will not be reimbursed.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be finalised within 30 days from the date of complaint.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items:

Due to their nature, electronic and sensitive tools supplied with certain kits—including but not limited to measuring scales, digital pen thermometers, manual hand stick blenders, and similar accessories—are non-returnable and non-refundable.

These items are:
• Third-party supplied
• Sensitive to handling
• Prone to normal wear, damage, calibration variation, or performance differences

Once delivered, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or provide warranties or guarantees for these items, except in cases of manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery and reported within 24 hours, along with proper evidence. All such cases are subject to review and approval by Maduras Herbals.

Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.

General Conditions:

Any request for return, refund, replacement, or store credit (outside the above exceptions) will be considered solely at the discretion of Maduras Herbals Private Limited.
If approved, all logistics costs and related charges will be fully borne by the customer.
General turn around time to process refunds are 5 to 7 days from the date of approval.

Policy Updates:

Maduras Herbals Private Limited reserves the right to amend company policies at its discretion, without prior notice.

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been billed or paid.
